Erick and I met in college. One night he showed me his moves on the dance floor... and the rest is history.

After college, Erick and I moved to Wilmington, NC. Even though we were broke, had a tiny one bedroom apartment, and were adulting for the first time, it is one of our favorite places we have lived and we have so many great memories of our time there.

Then we moved to Auburn (which was a struggle for this Roll Tide fan). We lived on a golf course, which Jack absolutely loved. We got to have a big college experience and spent a lot of time with Erick's family who live a few hours away.

Then we moved to NOLA for a year! We got to experience city life, great food, jazz music, and Mardi Gras, but we missed being close to nature.

A few years ago, we moved to Portland, OR and we have been here ever since. We fell in love with how beautiful it is and how much adventure is right at our fingertips.

This spring, Erick asked me to marry him! I mildly ruined the proposal, was completely surprised, and could not have been happier. It was an amazing day.
